I'd add some flowers: If you're having folding chairs for the ceremony, you could decorate those. Use bows and/or grapevine and leaves/flowers on each chair down the aisle. You could also sprinkle flower petals down the aisle to look like a colorful "runner." You could add 2 large pots of flowers (to use later at the reception) at the base of the grapevine arch and add a bit of color there. You could also add a pretty bow at the top of the arch with ribbon streamers that weave in and out of the vines. If you're using a podium, you could add a grapevine floral swag or grapevine wreath to the front of that. Are you having a reception in the park as well?

If you are on a tight budget you could do minimal flowers. My friend did it in an outdoor setting like that and only spent money for flowers on the bouquets and boutiniers. I swear I didn't even notice that she didn't decorate with flowers and would have never known if she hadn't told me. If you have the money to spend I would have fresh flowers for decorations(just because I LOVE fresh flowers). But my point is you can get away without them in a park or pretty backyard.

Sounds lovely. I was just wondering, are you going to carry the "vineyard" idea to the reception? Or are you using similiar flowers/colors at both sites? I feel a THEME coming on... : )

um well I'm not sure I was th inking of using some vines at the respction because they have a gazeebo and I htink that would look really nice if it had vines around it but the year is kept but it has a very unkept look to it. Its rather hard to explain. I wanted to use the same flowers as the wedding area as well if they go with all the other flowers that are already there. thanks for you time and keep the ideas coming I need all the help I can get!
